Proper Food for Pregnant Women

There is some foods that a mother should eat while pregnant
and what they should avoid during that period will be discussed today.
The kidney is advised to eat vitamin foods daily. To build a
baby, a mother should eat folic acid foods and vitamins B12 to create red blood
cells, vitamin C to produce collagen, vitamin D for bone formation, and zinc
for development and brain development.
Every pregnant woman attending a clinic has been advised to
receive folic acid tablets. Unfortunately, some of them are unhealthy, which
affects the babies in the womb as important nutrients for brain health.
PROTEIN
A pregnant woman should eat protein-rich foods such as fish,
which increases the brain's strength of the baby.
A study from the Harvard Medical School, part of Harvard
University, states that predominantly fish intake during pregnancy, especially
in the first six months, contributes to the development of the brain's brain.
"Plenty of nutrient protein builds essential cells to
make the brain in the womb to work fast," says Professor Lisa Eliot of the
University of Medicine and Scientist Rosalind Franklin, located in Chicago,
USA.
Professor Eliot, advises that if the mother does not like
fish, she should talk to her doctor for advice on alternative foods or fish oil
tablets.

However, pregnant women are advised to take precautions as
some fish have mercury minerals that can cause harm to them.
Another function of the protein is to create cells and
hormone for baby growth in the womb.
Some of the foods that are not expensive, are beans soup or
vegetable vegetables, butter and nuts.
Other protein-rich foods include milk, meat and eggs. I also
recommend fruitful intake for pregnant women.
Fruits contain nutrients for brain cancer in the womb and
protect the tissue of the area from being damaged. Some of the fruits that a
mother can eat are citrus, papyrus, parasites, rice bananas and even tomatoes,
while considering fresh washing before eating.
MINERAL
Pregnancy is recommended to eat rich foods. Eating of
nutrients during pregnancy, contributes to the continuous supply of oxygen to
the baby and responds to the problem of hypertension.
However, most women get pregnant while they are already
ready for diarrhea and I advise pregnant women to investigate the quantity of
nutrients at the clinic so that they can take positive action.
Almost 85 percent of anemia or anemia during pregnancy
caused by anemia in the body.
Iron mineral deficiency can be caused by eating a small
amount of nutrients or the body's body failure to maintain adequate iron
minerals due to either previous pregnancy or severe loss during menstruation,
before pregnancy.
Some foods rich in iron minerals are meat, fish, pulp,
seafood, cabbage and all grain species.
CAUTION!!
Beware of alcohol. Any use of alcohol has an effect on the
brain's brain in the brain as it causes child's ability to learn and keep
records.
Do not exceed excess weight. Although a pregnant woman
should eat more she should control her weight because weight loss puts her at
risk of premature delivery ie getting a baby.
